What we collect, and why.

This policy describes information collected on documentary411.com. We do not sell your personal information. We keep what we collect only as long as needed to provide the service you asked for, to meet legal or payment-record requirements, or until you ask us to delete it where we can.

Netlify Forms

When you submit the Festival Budget Workbook, newsletter signup, festival-calculator PDF request, Advertise request, or Submit/Correct a resource form, Netlify processes that submission. Typical fields include name, email, project stage, and the message you type. A hidden honeypot field is used only to block bots. Form data is used to deliver the resource you requested, answer your question, or update a listing. You can ask us to delete a submission by emailing admin@kdcandfilms.com.

Stripe

Paid products (Festival Strategy, Brand-Funded System, Funding Package Sprint, Ask a Pro, and similar checkout links) are processed by Stripe. Documentary411 does not see or store your full card number. Stripe’s privacy terms apply to payment data. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred, plus the contact details needed to deliver the product or schedule a consult.

Google AdSense

Some pages load Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-3213342697186484). Google may use cookies or advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads. See Google’s advertising privacy documentation and ads.txt on this site. You can use Google’s ad settings or industry opt-outs to limit personalized ads.

Geolocation

The homepage “Use my location” control for Fest Near Me asks your browser for coordinates so we can list nearby festivals. Location is used in your browser for that search. We do not require location to use the site, and we do not run a background location tracker.

Amazon Associates and other affiliates

Equipment and some outbound retail links may include the Amazon Associates tag Kerry-David-20, and similar affiliate parameters for B&H, Sony, or Canon. Those companies may set cookies when you follow a link. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Cookies and logs

The site is hosted on Netlify, which may retain standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations. We do not operate a separate analytics pixel beyond what AdSense or the host may load.

Your choices

Email admin@kdcandfilms.com to request access, correction, or deletion of form submissions we hold. Unsubscribe from any future email by using the unsubscribe link if we send one, or by emailing us. Newsletter signup currently stores your address via Netlify Forms; there is no separate email-service provider wired on this site yet.
